4-5-3. Set Search Criteria Fields
Choose the object for which you would like to create a search template and click OK.
For range criteria, date, numeric value, currency, and percent style are displayed.
For field criteria, all fields except for date are displayed.
Select the fields you would like to use as search criteria.
The field’s type icon is shown on the left hand side of the list of fields.
A field with two icons (e.g.: ) refers to range specified field. A filed with one icon (e.g.: ) refers to search condition field.
To select, press the
button or double click the field name to move from the Not Selected list to the Selected list.
You can select several fields to mark as selected at the same time by holding the Ctrl or Shift key while clicking on the field names.
You can set parent object fields of the main object for search criteria.
To select, click the
icon which you can find on the left hand side of the parent object reference fields.You can use up to 5 layers of parent object.
Note: Lookup Object will not show when the “Owner ID” is referring to multiple objects in ToDo Object.
Use the and buttons to change the order of fields.
Sort and filter the “unselected fields”. Filtering can be done either by a text input partial match or specify by a field type.

From the left hand side of the setting page, you can set the number of row numbers to display (min: 1, max; 10).
A divide line will show on the “selected area” for the number set so that it is clear which item is on which row.
A blank spacing is also available to adjust the location of the field.
Select how to display the fields. Similar to Page Block Section, you can choose to align the rows or to align on the left side to delete the blank spaces.
【Caution】 Please note that users must have edit authorization for all fields which are used as search conditions.
If the condition fields are not shown, please confirm if the user has a write authorization for those fields.
