6-1-4. Fixing columns and rows

・Any column and row can be pinned by clicking on the pin icon of the target column and row and selecting 'Fix Left' and 'Fix Top'.

・Fixed columns and rows will always appear fixed, even if vertical or horizontal scrolling is performed.

・To release it, click on the pin icon again and select 'Release Fixing'.
