The Slack component is a component that enables integration between Salesforce and Slack.

The following features will enable the integration of Salesforce and Slack.

  • Tabbed display of Salesforce records tied to Slack channels
  • Timeline of Slack channel messages on Salesforce record page
  • Post a message from Salesforce to a Slack channel


The Slack component enables the following business applications

  • Sales employees confirm business meetings and interact with employees in other departments via Slack to discuss measures for successful business meetings.
  • The service representative checks the inquiry response history (case) and interacts with the department in charge to quickly resolve the issue.
